At Together We Roam Foundation, we believe that every family deserves the chance to see the world — to explore, connect, and grow together beyond the limits of circumstance. Our mission is to make global travel and cultural immersion accessible to families who might otherwise never have the opportunity.
Through meaningful journeys across diverse cultures and communities, we strive to open hearts, broaden perspectives, and strengthen family bonds. By removing financial barriers and creating shared experiences of wonder and discovery, we empower families to see not only new destinations — but also new possibilities for themselves and for the world they share.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Lindsey has held a lifelong passion for travel, especially traveling with family. In 2022, while attending a family wedding in England, she witnessed many of her extended family members travel together internationally for the first time. Experiencing the joy, connection, and lasting memories created during that trip inspired the vision for Together We Roam Foundation. Lindsey founded the organization to ensure more families have the opportunity to experience the transformative power of travel together.
Lindsey Canesi
PRESIDENT/ CEO
A dedicated business owner for more than twenty years, Lindsey has built and led successful ventures with a focus on leadership, community connection, and long-term growth.
After graduating from Bellingham High School, Lindsey continued her education at Mount Ida College and Johnson & Wales University, where she developed the entrepreneurial foundation that has guided her professional career.

Michelle Ongemach
VICE PRESIDENT
Michelle is a Chiropractor specializing in horses and humans, anatomy and physiology professor and newly wed coast guard wife living the military life traveling the US. Michelle has a passion for reading, hiking and building her crochet business.
Samantha Canesi
TREASURER
Samantha graduated from Rivier College with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. Samantha works as an artist and creator, traveling often herself!
Jill Montplaisir
SECRETARY
Jill is a young Mom with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson and Wales University. Jill has a passion for travel, horses and living a homestead lifestyle.
Nicole Speranzo
BOARD MEMBER
Nicole graduated Roger Williams University in 2019 after majoring in Business Management, minoring in Business Analytics as well as public & professional writing. She then went on to get her Masters in Business Administration. Nicole currently works as the Head Coach of Johnson and Whales University Equestrian Team. Nicole has also a history in Fundraising management for other organizations.
